Privacy notice for families
This is how BloomBridge looks after what you tell us when you join the family pack. It is short on purpose.
Who we are
BloomBridge is a registered nonprofit in the United States. It makes tools for children who communicate in different ways, and for the grown-ups around them.
What we ask for, and why
Your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, your child's first name, and the payment transaction ID. We use them to check your payment, send your family code, and help you if something goes wrong. We do not ask for a surname, an address or any health information.
Where it is kept
Your form goes to the founder's own Google Sheet and Gmail. Only the founder sees it. It is never sold or shared for advertising.
How long we keep it
For your membership year, and one more year after it ends. Then we delete it.
Seeing, correcting or deleting it
Write to khadkasulav09@gmail.com at any time, and we will show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it.
Your child's use stays on your phone
What your child does in the app, such as the words they tap and the stories they read, stays on your phone. It is not sent to us.
What BloomBridge is not
BloomBridge is not a diagnosis, a medical service or a therapy. It is a support to use at home, alongside the people who know your child.
Your family code
The code is for your own family and your own phones and tablets. Please keep it within your home.
If you start a trial
To start a trial we ask for your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, and the language you chose. We ask so we know who is trying BloomBridge, and so we can help if something goes wrong. It goes to the founder's own Google Sheet, and only the founder sees it. We keep it for one year after your trial, then delete it. We never email you automatically. We only contact you about the trial because you ticked that box. We ask nothing about your child.
Contacting you
When you join, you agree that we may contact you by email, phone or WhatsApp about your membership. Sharing a story about your child is always your choice, and we only do it if you tick that box.
